Tracy Stanker is an experienced trial attorney with over 15 years of litigation experience. Tracy joined the law firm of Ekl, Williams & Provenzale in 2009 and is currently a partner in the firm. Tracy's practice is focused on civil litigation and she has represented individuals and municipalities in a wide variety of cases including federal civil rights, personal injury, trade secrets and contract disputes. Tracy is also an experienced appellate attorney and has argued cases before the Seventh Circuit and the Second District of Illinois.

Prior to joining the firm of Ekl, Williams & Provenzale, Tracy was employed as an Assistant State's Attorney in Cook County. During her seven year career as an Assistant State's Attorney, Tracy tried hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases before judges and juries.

Tracy obtained her law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law with high honors. While in law school, Tracy was a member of the trial advocacy team and law review
