Patrick J. Williams

Patrick is a founding member and managing partner of the firm who has devoted his practice to specific areas of civil litigation for over 37 years.  He represents individual and commercial clients in all aspects of contract and real estate litigation and related business disputes.  This includes construction litigation, foreclosure and mechanics liens , collections, evictions and landlord/tenant matters.  In addition, Patrick also has extensive litigation experience in contested probate estate cases and will contest.  His clients have included Chicago area banks, homeowners' associations, property management firms and construction companies.
