Kevin Halverson joined Ekl, Williams & Provenzale LLC in 2007. Prior to that Kevin served as an assistant state’s attorney for 10 years in Kane and DuPage Counties, rising to the level of First Chair Felony Assistant in 2003. As a prosecutor Kevin prosecuted every type of case from traffic and DUI to first degree murder, and spent 2 years in the DuPage County Narcotics Prosecution Unit.
Since 2007, Kevin has applied his trial skills to successfully defend traffic, misdemeanor, juvenile and felony cases in DuPage, Kane, Cook, Will and Kendall Counties. In addition to handling DUI matters, Kevin appears before the Secretary of State to help clients get their driving privileges reinstated after suspension or revocation.
Kevin also applies his extensive trial skills to advocate for his clients in personal injury cases and Section 1983 Civil Rights cases in both State and Federal Court throughout Illinois. Kevin has a very thorough approach and takes the necessary time to walk his clients through all aspects of their case.
