A founding member and managing
partner of the firm, Pat has devoted his practice to specific areas
of civil litigation for over 25 years. His practice includes
bank and corporate transactional matters, UCC and regulatory
litigation, as well as all aspects of commercial, contract
and real estate litigation. Pat
has represented individuals and companies in real estate
contract disputes, landlord/tenant and eviction matters,
construction litigation, collections, mechanic's liens and
mortgage foreclosure cases. One of the firm’s largest
clients is a prominent Chicago area banking institution
that Pat has represented in a wide range of civil litigation
matters for virtually his entire professional career. Pat
also has extensive litigation experience in contested probate
estate cases and
will contests and has handled a wide range of family
business disputes.
In handling our longest standing
banking, corporate and business clients, Pat's experience
and expertise has
helped our clients recover losses they have sustained and
protected them from suffering losses in matters they faced.
Pat has been, and continues to be, a formidable ally for
any business or individual facing the threat of legal action,
or one needing a seasoned legal advocate to protect their
rights and interests.
