Kevin obtained a Bachelor of Arts
in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from the University
of Wisconsin – Eau Claire in 1989. In 1994 he
earned his Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University
College of Law.
Kevin joined Ekl Williams March 1, 2007. Prior to
joining Ekl Williams, Kevin was an Assistant State’s
Attorney in both Kane County from 1997-2001 and in DuPage
County from 2001-2007. Most recently, in DuPage County,
he held the position of first chair in a felony court room
for over 3 years, and was assigned to the Narcotics Prosecution
Unit for and additional 2 years. He has prosecuted
all types of felony cases ranging from DUI and Theft to Murder
and Attempt Murder cases. Notably Kevin was a trial
attorney in the case of a man who was convicted after trial
of Attempt First Degree Murder of a Morengo detective .
Kevin joined Ekl Williams March 1, 2007, and is now applying
his extensive litigation experience in both the areas of
civil law and criminal defense. |
